An attempt is made to improve the targeted player by giving rules for opening the bidding, including the Robertson Count for notrumps. The section on play are cursory and so next to useless. One oddity is a 2C or 2D opening shows a notrump hand with weakness in the bid suit. As usual the Laws are reprinted and the final section is on playing three-handed.
