Uses 4-3-2-1 point count (rather than the one in "London Bridge") in deciding what to bid. The more points you have the more you bid. Basically natural but not approach forcing. No forcing twos. Interesting because Beasley is a person of some historical significance rather than because of the bidding system he advocated.
