This 2C system used a 4-3-2-1 count for hand evaluation, a strong notrump and natural strong but non-forcing twos bids in all suit but clubs. Items such as Culbertson Asking Bids, Herbert Negative responses to partner's takeout double and the 4-5 Notrump convention are complications that would only confuse its intended audience.
